Green Coconuts
If you’ve never seen our resident tree surgeon run up a palm tree and strip it of coconuts and palm fronds you have missed a spectacle. How on earth he makes it looks so easy is beyond me, especially when you consider those trees are all running alive with ants! Enjoy the fruits of his labour by tasting the coconut water (no it’s not coconut milk, that’s made from the ground flesh of old coconuts) and try the slimy flesh, both delicious.
Shelter Building
Goes hand in hand with Green Coconuts Learn how to make a shelter from palm fronds, you never know when you might find yourself stranded on a tropical island?!
Orienteering
Use a compass to follow this trail around the resort and island to complete this quiz. Again, not just speed but the correct answers will produce the winners.

40 minutes to complete a quiz on marine life, the info required is posted all over the resort so you exercise your body as well as your mind.
