If you don’t receive an answer within 48 hours it means we have not received your enquiry for some odd reason. Please call or text +60 12 315 8287.

We do not require any advance payment for bookings. Payment is made on departure and we accept most currencies, Visa, MasterCard or S$ personal cheques.

However we will be require credit card details in order to confirm your booking and a form will be sent for you to fill in as you proceed with your reservation. We do not put anything on your credit card, it would only be used in case of a "no-show" or last minute cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. The cancellation fee is 2 night’s accommodation plus 5% service charge.
